Each product is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Custom orders, especially for wait beads, may require additional time.

Shipping: We offer domestic shipping and soon international shipping options. Shipping times depend on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as location and weather conditions.
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on the following items:

yoni steams, infused oils, body scrubs, body butters and herbal teas (for hygiene reasons)
Custom waist beads or personalized items.
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or issue a store credit once the tissue is verified.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.
